900QBH2250-112/2-1250kW Super Duplex 2507 High-Flow Offshore Submersible Pump

The 900QBH2250-112/2-1250kW submersible pump is designed for offshore projects requiring extremely large flow, high head, high motor power, and reliable corrosion resistance.

With a rated flow of 2,250 m³/h, a rated head of 112 m, and a 1,250 kW motor, this pump is suitable for continuous seawater lifting, cooling water supply, offshore water intake, and other high-capacity marine pumping applications.

The pump operates at 1,450 rpm and is manufactured from Super Duplex Stainless Steel 2507, providing strong resistance to seawater corrosion, chloride pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.

For offshore platforms with large water demand and high installed power, the QBH series is a more suitable solution than conventional small-diameter deep well pumps.

The rated capacity of 2,250 m³/h meets the water demand of large offshore facilities and marine engineering projects.

A rated head of 112 m allows seawater to be transferred to elevated equipment, long-distance pipelines, or high-pressure water systems.

The 1,250 kW motor provides sufficient power for continuous high-load operation.

Super Duplex Stainless Steel 2507 is selected for harsh chloride-rich seawater environments.

The pump is installed directly in the water, reducing the need for a separate pump room and long suction pipeline.

Seawater contains high concentrations of chloride ions, which can cause rapid corrosion of ordinary stainless steel. For this reason, the main pump components are manufactured from Super Duplex Stainless Steel 2507.

This material combines high mechanical strength with excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in marine, offshore, desalination, and chemical processing applications.

Compared with SS304 and SS316L, Super Duplex 2507 offers better resistance to:

• Stress corrosion cracking

The pump is equipped with a 1,250 kW water-filled submersible motor designed for continuous heavy-duty operation.

The internal filling water helps cool the motor and lubricate internal components during operation. Compared with oil-filled motors, a water-filled motor avoids the risk of lubricating oil entering the pumped medium, making it suitable for seawater intake and environmentally sensitive marine projects.

The motor operates at 1,450 rpm, providing stable output for the two-stage hydraulic section.

Depending on project requirements, the motor voltage, frequency, cable length, insulation grade, and starting method can be customized.
